Among these events will be the World Ski Championships 2017 in St. Moritz. In connection with this top event we are extending the organization "Voluntari Engiadina" and are looking for people who wholeheartedly support the World Ski Championships 2017 in St. Moritz. How „Voluntari Engiadina“ was launched

In preparation for the FIS Alpine World Ski Championships 2003 in St. Moritz the volunteer organization "Voluntari Engiadina" was launched in the year 2000. It developed into an efficient team of helpers on the occasion of the World Cup and European Cup races in the two winters preceding the World Championships. During the World Championships around 450 women and 850 men between the ages of 13 and 86 from 14 countries were active as volunteers. Their contribution in 140 teams amounted to a total of 25,000 working days. They worked in the areas race organization, logistics, buildings, social events, race office, media, marketing and administration. The big success of the World Ski Championships 2003 was the result of the excellent spirit among the volunteers and their readiness to help, which was instrumental in creating the positive general impression this major St. Moritz event made on visitors, athletes and media representatives alike. After the FIS Alpine World Ski Championships 2003 the volunteers assisted at the annual Ski World Cup races in St. Moritz. Without them Ski World Cup races in the Engadine would be inconceivable today.
